Jesuit Missions launches 2024 Lent Campaign: ‘Mission to Hope’

February 14, 2024

Jesuit Missions (JM) has launched its latest Lent campaign, ‘Mission to Hope’, which focuses on the various overseas projects it supports – from ecological courses in Madagascar to rehabilitation centres in India.

Personal testimonies from those working on and benefitting from the projects are available to read on the JM website, and, each week throughout Lent, there will be a featured profile across its social media platforms.

The campaign features a ‘Virtual Prayer Board’, where supporters can send in prayers for JM staff and partners.

On Tuesday 19 March, JM will be hosting an ‘Online Prayer Vigil’ in collaboration with the Ignatian Spirituality Network – this will feature prayers and readings from international partners, and music and singing from Jesuit schools in the UK.

Visit jesuitmissions.org.uk/campaign/lent-campaign-mission-to-hope/ to sign-up for updates to the campaign, send in prayers and find any more information.
