Irish Jesuit in quake-hit Syria speaks to the BBC's World at One

Father Tony O’Riordan SJ spoke to BBC Radio 4’s World at One about the terrible situation unfolding in Syria. You can listen to the interview below.

Two catastrophic earthquakes and over 70 aftershocks struck Syria and Turkey on 6 February, causing thousands of deaths and massive destruction. According to the World Health Organization, around 35 million people will be affected in some way by the earthquake.
